ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Sarah. I live in Mornington. Co. Meath where the river Boyne meets the sea. I enjoy walking on the beach with my three dogs and I compete regularly in dog agility.

I have been a primary school teacher for 18 years. I am currently studying for the postgraduate diploma in educational leadership and I have been on the school management team for 7 years. My key educational interests are in restorative practice, building resilience in children, and digital learning.

As a school leader I felt I needed many skills to best support the staff, parents and pupils. I started with the Introduction to Coaching course and I enjoyed it so much that I progressed to the Professional Diploma in Coaching. As well as learning many new skills, I found the peer to peer coaching that forms part of the course was extremely helpful in my own life and it gave me a great insight into how valuable coaching can be.

I am now a certified coach with Edelia and EMCC Global and I love helping people to find their purpose and set goals to improve their lives.
