FAQs

What is coaching?

Life coaching is a professional service aimed at helping individuals achieve personal and professional goals by providing guidance and support. Certified life coaches work with clients to identify strengths, values, and aspirations, developing personalized strategies and action plans for success. Unlike therapy, life coaching is future-focused, emphasizing goal setting, accountability, and positive reinforcement. Coaches address various areas such as career development, relationships, and overall life satisfaction, providing motivation and feedback to overcome challenges. The collaborative nature of life coaching fosters confidence and empowers clients to navigate obstacles. It's a forward-looking, goal-oriented approach designed to enhance overall well-being and fulfillment in both personal and professional aspects of life.
